ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Procedure of Entrance Examination:-

Willing candidate can be collected the Entrance examination form from the administrative office of the college on payment of Rs. 250/- The complete application form should be submitted in the office of the college by the specified date. (The dates will be displayed on college notice board as well as on college website www.mtgroupofcolleges.com) every year. No forms will be accepted after the due date.

Scheme of Entrance Examination:-

One paper of 2 hours duration consisting of 4 parts containing objective type (MCQs) questions with a single responsive answer. The distribution of marks will be as follows:-

                                         Declaration of Entrance Examination Result:-

Result of Entrance Test in order of merit will be declared within 72 hours of completion of the Entrance Examination & will be displayed on Institute’s Notice Board as well as on college website. No correspondence regarding results will be issued to individual candidate.

Candidate’s who are not selected will not be intimated separately and no correspondence on this subject will be entertained.

There will be no provision for rechecking of answer sheets or recalculation of marks obtains at the entrance examination.

Procedure Of Selection:-

After the declaration of results the shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The selected candidates will be called as per the merit list & will have to deposit the fee within the notified period, otherwise his/her admission will be passed to the other candidate in list.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The Admission Procedure for all courses are same. The Prospectus can be collected from the office of the college on payment of Rs.300/- Request for prospectus by post might be accompanied by a crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 350/- in favour of Mother Teresa Paramedical & Nursing College, Payable at Saharanpur from any Nationalized Bank or through money order.

Submission of Application Form:-

Duly filled application form with all the necessary documents is to be submitted by  hand in the administrative office on any working day on before the due date. The application form should be filled as per the instructions.

Note:- Any candidate seeking admission on false attestation /forged certificate in respect of age, caste, subject and/or percentage of marks etc. will be debarred from attending any course in the university or its colleges for next five years and in addition, a criminal case under relevant section of IPC (viz 470, 471, 474 etc.) will be instituted against him/her to subject him/her to requisite criminal proceeding.

Compliance with the above requirements does not necessarily ensure admission to the College. All admissions are provisional and subject to approval of University of Delhi on submission of University Enrolment form.

Candidates are required to attach the following self attested documents with completely & duly filled application form by the candidate –

  • Self attested photocopy of High School marksheet & certificate (5) black & white and 2 colored.
  • Self attested photocopy of Intermediate marksheet & certificate (5) black & white and 2 colored.
  • Certificate of Caste validity. (5 photocopies)
  • Certificate of Father’s Income. (5 photocopies)
  • Certificate of Residence (Domicile). (5 photocopies)
  • Aadhar Card (5 Photocopies)
  • 10 Passport Size Colored Photograph.
  • Character Certificate from last institute. (Original)
  • 2 Self Address Envelope duly stamped with Rs. 50/- (on each envelope)
  • Medical Fitness Certificate bye MBBS Doctor. (Original) – Annexure A1
  • Oath Certificate for anti Ragging. (Format Attached) – Annexure – B1 & B2
  • Affidavit (Format Attached )- Annexure – C1
  • Affidavit given by student to the Principal on Rs. 10/- Non Judicial Stamp paper. (Mentioned on Prospectus)
